Head inside the building and acquire another keg of beer from the table. Use that keg with the low alcohol one. At the same time, the object will explode distracting everybody’s attention.

Now challenge Manni again. He’ll drink his share, and you’ll drink your share from the low alcohol keg. Manni will then become severely drunk and will agree that you can out-drink him in a drinking contest. You’ll then have completed his trial and gained his support.
